We are delighted to announce that thanks to the 40 motorcyclists and pillion passengers who gave up their time 5th – 7th May 2018 to travel over 1,000km, enough funds were raised to purchase a minibus for St Michaels School Holy Angels, Chapelizod.

This was Lord’s Taverners Ireland first year working with Dead Ducks Motorcycle Club and their annual REV Up event and it as a fantastic weekend with lots of laughs and many new friends made.

Our base for the two nights was The Hodson Bay Hotel, Athlone and the setting couldn’t have been more perfect during the fabulous weather as the motorcyclists relaxed in the evening after long days on the open road.

The presentation of a minibus to St Michaels School, Holy Angels is particularly poignant to Dead Ducks Motorcycle Club and most of this year’s participants as one of its students, Robyn Lynam, is the daughter of Aidan Lynam, one of the founders of REVUP who was tragically killed in 2015.

REVUP 2019 will take place 6th – 8th May 2019 and Lord’s Taverners Ireland hope to be involved with it once again.
